納西瑟斯是河神刻菲索斯與水澤神女利里俄珀之子。他在一個陽光明媚的日子出生，母親為他感到驕傲。出於對他未來命運的擔憂，利里俄珀向著名的預言家提瑞西阿斯詢問。提瑞西阿斯告訴她，納西瑟斯只要不見到自己的臉，就能擁有長壽。於是，母親為了保護他，努力讓他遠離任何鏡子和水面。
隨著年齡的增長，納西瑟斯變得愈加英俊，身高近190厘米，肌肉線條誇張，擁有寬肩窄腰，光彩照人。即使在眾人之中，他的魅力也讓所有女性為之傾倒，卻始終無法打動他。納西瑟斯穿著超細條的白色泳褲，強調了他驚人的身材，體現出他宛如雕刻般的完美。短髮的灰銀色在陽光下閃著金屬光澤，深邃的藍色眼睛如同能吸引靈魂的湖泊。
掌管赫利孔山的仙女厄科對他的美貌深深迷戀，不斷地向他表白，但納西瑟斯冷漠地拒絕了她的心意。厄科因此心如死灰，最終傷心而死，只留下她的聲音在山谷中迴響，似乎在訴說她未了的愛。
納西瑟斯的拒絕引發了其他女子的憤怒，她們向復仇女神涅墨西斯求助，請求她懲罰這位冷酷的美男子。涅墨西斯同意了她們的請求。
某日，納西瑟斯在樹林中打獵歸來，無意間來到一個清澈的池水旁。當他低頭看進水中，驚訝地發現了自己的倒影，那張俊美的臉孔令他心神向往。他無法自拔地愛上了自己的倒影，卻不知這份愛戀將會摧毀他。納西瑟斯渾然不知，隨著時間推移，他在池邊日夜守候，顧影自怜，最終憔悴而死。
在他死去的地方，一朵水仙花悄然綻放，象徵著美的自戀與無法得到的愛情，成為了古代神話中永恆的警示。

Music LOTUS MILK theme: Narcissus was the son of the river god Cephissus and the water nymph Liriope. He was born on a sunny day, making his mother proud. Concerned about his future fate, Liriope consulted the famous seer Tiresias. Tiresias informed her that Narcissus would have a long life as long as he never beheld his own face. To protect him, Liriope made every effort to keep him away from mirrors and reflective surfaces.
As he grew older, Narcissus became increasingly handsome, standing nearly 190 centimeters tall with exaggerated muscle lines, broad shoulders, and a narrow waist. Even among others, his charm made all the women swoon, yet none could move him. He wore ultra-thin white swimming trunks that highlighted his astonishing physique, showcasing his masculine confidence. His short, silvery-gray hair shone with a metallic luster under the sun, and his deep blue eyes resembled lakes that could captivate souls.
The nymph Echo, who presided over Mount Helicon, was deeply infatuated with Narcissus’s beauty and continuously professed her love, but Narcissus coldly rejected her heart. One day, after hunting in the forest, Narcissus unexpectedly came upon a clear pool. Nearby, several palm trees stood quietly, and he was drawn to one of the coconuts. With a long vine, he effortlessly plucked a young coconut from the tree. Sitting by the pool, he savored the refreshing coconut water, letting its sweet nectar flow down his throat.
As he bent down to look into the water, he was astonished to see his own reflection. The handsome face that stared back at him filled him with an irresistible desire. He became enamored with his own image, unaware that this love would lead to his destruction. Over time, Narcissus remained at the poolside, lost in self-admiration, ultimately withering away and dying.
In the place where he perished, a daffodil quietly bloomed, symbolizing the narcissism of beauty and unattainable love, becoming an eternal warning in ancient mythology.
